Almost No Bean Chili But The Kitchen Sink Ingredients: 1-can of kidney beans 2-cans of Campbell’s tomato soup 1/4 cup of dark brewed coffee 2 1/4 lbs of lean ground beef 1 can of light low sodium beef broth 2 1/2 cans 16ozs. each of stewed tomatoes 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 4 celery ribs chopped fine 1 onion chopped fine 5 cloves of garlic 1 tsp paprika 1 tbsp chili powder 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil Procedure: In a large pan place the oil in the pan on medium high heat. Sauté onion and the garlic add the celery until well cooked then add beef till completely cooked then add all the dry spices salt, chili powder, paprika, and sugar then add the tomatoes and broth and coffee and bring to a boil then simmer for an hour and at the end add the beans! I made jiffy cornbread mix with 1/2 cup of corn and I baked it and added it to the bottom of the bowl before serving.
