Spiral Stromboli


Ingredients:
1 tube crusty french loaf bread (I use Pillsbury)
3/4 to 1 cup each Mozzarella cheese and shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 pound each thinly sliced deli ham and salami (can put any deli meats you want..I use whatever I have at the time)
1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers OR 1 jar pimentos drained
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon Parsley
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
2-3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Unroll French bread dough into a 14 x 12 rectangle. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on dough leaving 1/2 around the edge. Add deli meats and red peppers. Sprinkle seasons on top of the peppers. Roll up jelly roll style; seal seam and tuck edges under. Place seam side down on an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Slice with serrated knife.
