Scotto Family Peaches and Ice Cream Ingredients: 1 cup of balsamic vinegar 1 cup of sugar Mix and chill for two-three hours to make this syrup. Boil peaches slightly in order to peel them. Slice in half and remove stones. Soak in lemon juice so they do not turn brown. Top each peach with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pour on syrup. Garnish with toasted almonds.
